Campus Pride Questionnaire

Thank you for your time in completing this questionnaire for Campus Pride. Any individual (student, faculty, staff, administrator) may participate one time per year. In order to nominate for the HOT LIST, please complete both Part I: Consumer Marketing and Part II: Hot List Nominations. The information is valuable for Campus Pride and our programs and services. For the purposes of this questionnaire, LGBTA refers to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Ally communities. Thank you.

PART I - Consumer Marketing

Every year Campus Pride uses valuable marketing data to help encourage LGBT affirming businesses to sponsor various programs and services. Your accurate answers to these questions will support our efforts. Please select ALL the statements that accurately reflect your belief:

Every year Campus Pride recognizes national speakers, artists, entertainers and agencies who have made outstanding contributions to LGBT issues on campus with our HOT LIST. Please respond with one response for each category to nominate your favorites.

Best of category are simply the best at what they do. These are seasoned, professional individuals/groups that are highly popular, highly recommended and are making a positive impact on LGBT issues when it comes to their genre/topic area of performance.

RISING STARS
Rising Stars are new to the campus market but these stars are making a positive impact on LGBT issues when it comes to their genre/topic area of performance.

BEST OF THE YEAR
What you believe is the absolute BEST OF THE YEAR. The individual/agency has an outstanding reputation and relationship with LGBT students and goes out of its way to be sure the campus receives a quality experience. You may use repeat answers from other categories.
